摘 要:沉管隧道基础的质量控制是管节顺利沉放的前提,也是隧道施工环节的重要内容。深中通道沉管隧道位于珠江口海域,基槽回淤特征明显,为确保管节顺利施工,对基槽定期进行回淤监测至关重要。隧道的碎石基础整平限差要求极高(±4 cm),为满足施工要求,对多波束测量流程进行优化,提出了深度绝对值标定的方法,提高了多波束的绝对测深精度。采用回淤盒、整平架声呐、管内贯通测量等手段,验证了多波束测深数据的准确性,通过历次多波束扫测,对基槽区域进行测量验证,满足了±4 cm的碎石整平精度施工要求,为沉管隧道基础整平提供了有效的检测方法。The quality control of immersed tunnel foundation is the prerequisite for the smooth installation of tube joints and it is an important part of the tunnel construction.The Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link immersed tube tunnel is located in the Pearl River estuary,and foundation trench has prominent siltation characteristics.It is very significant to monitor the back siltation of the foundation trench regularly in order to ensure the smooth installation.The leveling limit of the gravel foundation is extremely high(±4 cm).The multibeam measurement processings was optimized for the sake of reach the construction limit,proposed the method of calibrating the absolute depth value for the first time,which improved the absolute sounding accuracy of multibeam.The accuracy of multibeam sounding data was verified by other means,such as back silting boxes,leveling frame sonar and penetration surveys throught the tube inside.By means of multibeam survey and the back silting monitoring,the strict limit of±4 cm was achieved in the project,and provides an effective detecting method for the foundation leveling of immersed tunnel.
