摘  要:以码头工程为研究对象,从关键链识别、缓冲区设置和缓冲区管理等方面构建基于关键链法的项目进度管理模型。在识别关键链阶段,引入灰色理论的白化权函数进行工期估计,依据最小总时差优先规则确定资源优先分配方案;在缓冲区设置阶段,采取模糊理论法从可用、不可用概率分布表示的不确定因素两方面计算部分缓冲区大小;在缓冲区管理阶段,将缓冲区消耗量与项目进度情况有机结合在一起,健全缓冲区预警机制,通过对缓冲区消耗进行动态累计情况确定缓冲区管理措施。通过仿真试验,验证了基于关键链法的项目进度管理模型的有效性与实用性,为同类型码头工程的进度管理提供了参考借鉴。Taking HW wharf engineering as the research object,a schedule management model based on CCM was constructed.In the critical chain identification stage,the whitening weight function of grey theory was introduced to estimate the duration of the project,and the resource priority allocation scheme was determined according to the minimum total time difference priority rule.In the buffer setting stage,the fuzzy theory method was adopted to calculate the buffer size of the critical chain operation from the two aspects of the uncertainties represented by the probability distribution of available and unavailable.In the buffer management stage,the buffer consumption was organically combined with the progress of the project.The buffer warning mechanism was improved,and the buffer management measures were determined by the dynamic accumulation of buffer consumption.The effectiveness and practicability of the project schedule management model based on CCM are evaluated and verified through simulation tests.
