摘 要:山区通用机场建设项目因地形条件复杂,场外边坡用地面积大,用地范围不规则,开展节地评价有一定难度。本文结合实际案例探讨行之有效的节地评价方法,为同类项目节地评价提供参考。首先定性评价边坡设计方案中与占地有关参数取值的合理性,然后通过量化自然放坡条件下边坡合理用地规模,对比边坡设计用地面积,得出具体的节地规模。实践案例表明,采取定性和定量分析相结合的节地评价方法能够科学合理地评价边坡用地节约集约用地水平。The construction project of general airport in mountainous area is difficult to carry out saving land evaluation because of complex terrain conditions,large area of outside slope and irregular range of land.This paper discusses the effective evaluation methods of saving land based on actual cases,and provides reference for the evaluation of similar projects.Firstly,the rationality of the parameters related to the land area in the slope design scheme is qualitatively evaluated,and then the specific saving land scale is obtained by quantifying the reasonable land area of the slope under the condition of natural slope discharge and comparing with the designed land area of the slope.The practical case shows that the saving land evaluation method combining qualitative and quantitative analysis can scientifically and reasonably evaluate the level of slope saving land and intensive landuse.
