摘  要:矿物中存在的砷通常通过湿法冶金和火法冶金过程进行迁移.固定砷的主要阶段是三价砷的氧化,以提高砷的固定率和最终砷残留的稳定性.通过烟尘固砷实验研究,外加PbO、ZnO、Bi_(2)O_(3)模拟企业实际生产中的难题.结果表明,砷转化为砷酸盐并固定在烟尘中,在不同PbO、ZnO和Bi_(2)O_(3)添加量下,烟尘中含砷物质的失重率最高由8.4%分别降低至0.33%、0.52%和1.62%,固砷率分别高达91.03%、90.21%和90.11%.通过生产实践情况:原料中Pb和Zn的含量分别增加0.5%和1%,烟尘固砷率提高了38%,除砷效果较好.Arsenic in minerals is usually migrated through hydrometallurgical and pyrpmetallurgical procsses.Themain stage of arsenic fixation is the oxidation of trivalent arsenic to improve the fixation rate of arsenic and the sta-bility of the final arsenic residue.In this paper,through the experimental study of dust arsenic fixation,PbO,Znoand Bi,O3 are added to simulate the problems in the actual production of enterprises.The results showed that arse-nic was converted into arsenate and fixed in dust.Under different addition amounts of PbO,ZnO and Bi,O3,theweight loss rate of arsenic-containing substances in dust decreased from 8.4%to 0.33%,0.52%and 1.62%,respectively,and the arsenic fixation rates were as high as 91.03%,90.21%and 90.11%,respectively.Throughproduction practice,the content of Pb and Zn in raw materials increased by 0.5%and 1%respectively,the arse-nic fixation rate of dust increased by 38%,and the arsenic removal efect was better.
