摘 要:研究在2种养护条件下,不同铁尾矿粉掺量在多个龄期对界面过渡区(Interfacial Transition Zone,ITZ)粘结强度的影响.设计制作了花岗岩-胶砂试件,通过三点弯曲抗折试验,测试抗折强度,以抗折强度表征ITZ粘结强度.研究结果表明:ITZ的存在导致抗折强度降低,适宜掺量铁尾矿粉能够减小降低的程度;标准养护条件相比于早期高温养护更有利于铁尾矿粉混凝土ITZ长期粘结强度的增长;当铁尾矿粉的掺量为10%时,对ITZ粘结强度的增强效果最好.The infuence of iron tailings powder content on the bond stengh of interfacial tramsition zone(ITZ)a diferent ages under liferent curing conditions was disiussed.A granite mortar specinen was designed and manufacured,and the flexurml strengh of the specimen was tested through three-point bending test D chanacder-ize the bonding strengh of ITZ.The resuls show that the existence of IT2 leads to the reduetion of the flexuml stengh of the specimen,and the appropriate amount of iron tailing powder can relwce the degree of reduetion.Compared with early high tempeature ecuring condition,standand ceuring condition is more conduweive to the growh of long-tem bond strength of the IIZ of iron tiling powder concrete.When the conlent of irvn tiling powder is 10%,the efee of stenghening the bonding stengh of ITZ is the best.
