再生碳纤维增强耐火浇注料力学性能研究

摘  要:目前废弃碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料(CFRP)的回收已取得一定成果,而对回收得到的再生碳纤维的性能及其再利用效果的研究仍然较少.将再生碳纤维(RCF)与原始碳纤维(CF)进行扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)以及Zeta电位进行对比分析,并将不同添加量(质量分数)(0%、0.05%、0.1%、0.15%、0.2%、0.25%)的RCF和CF分别引入浇注料中测试其力学性能及抗爆裂性.结果表明:相比于原始CF,RCF形态蓬松不粘结,不含上浆剂,含氧官能团更多,亲水性更好;将RCF加入到耐火浇注料中,其耐压强度和抗折强度均随着RCF添加量的增加而增大,当RCF添加量(质量分数)为0.3%时,浇注料试样的耐压强度和抗折强度最大,分别为79.9 MPa和12.9 MPa,均优于添加CF时浇注料的耐压强度和抗折强度;引入RCF和CF后耐火浇注料均具有优异的抗爆裂性能,在1000℃下均未爆裂,但引入CF的浇注料表面因碳纤维团聚氧化留下了较明显的缝隙.At present,some achievements have been made in recycling waste Carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP),but there are stll few studies on the properties and recycling effects of recycled carbon fiber.In thispaper,the recycled carbon fiber(RCF)and the original carbon fiber(CF)were compared and analyzed byscanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and Zeta potential.Then,dif-ferent additions(0%,0.05%,0.1%,0.15%,0.2%,0.25%)of RCF and CF were introduced into castable re-spectively to test their mechanical properties and bursting resistance.The results show that,compared with com-mercial CF,RCF has a fluffy,non-adhesive form,no sizing agent,more oxygen-containing functional groupsand beter hydrophilicity.When RCF is added to refractory castables,the compressive strength and flexuralstrength increase with the addition of RCF.When the addition of RCF is O.3%,the compressive strength andflexural strength of castables are the highest,which are 79.9 MPa and 12.9 MPa,respectively,which are betterthan the compressive strength and flexural strength of castables with CF added.The refractory castables with RCFand CF have excellent bursting resistance,and do not burst at 1000℃.However,the surface of CF refractorycastables has obvious cracks due to carbon fiber agglomeration and oxidation.
