摘 要:炼厂干气是一种重要的有机化工原料和燃料,介绍了炼厂干气的来源,其主要利用方法为干气精制技术、干气直接利用技术。综述了可用于提纯回收富氢干气中氢气的变压吸附法、低温冷凝法和膜分离法,用于提纯回收富烃干气中乙烯等烃类物质的深冷分离法、吸收分离法、吸附分离法、膜分离法、水合物分离法和膨胀机法的技术路线和方法优缺点。指出炼化企业应结合企业特点制定干气回收方案以较好地提高经济效益。Refinery dry gas is an important organic chemical raw material and fuel.The source of refinery dry gas is introduced,and its main utilization methods are dry gas refining technology and dry gas direct utilization technology.The advantages and disadvantages of pressure swing adsorption,cryogenic condensation and membrane separation methods that can be used to purify and recover hydrogen from hydrogen-rich dry gas,as well as cryogenic separation,absorption separation,adsorption separation,membrane separation,hydrate separation and expander methods that can be used to purify and recover ethylene and other hydrocarbon substances from hydrocarbonrich dry gas are summarized.It is pointed out that refining and chemical enterprises should develop dry gas recovery plans based on the characteristics of the enterprise to better improve economic benefits.
