磺化法制备萘二磺酸钠工艺条件优化研究

摘  要:为制备出纯度更高、成本更低的萘二磺酸钠产品,以浓硫酸和氨基磺酸混合物作为磺化剂,以1,6-萘二磺酸钠的收率和萘的转化率为评价指标,考察了磺化剂类型、磺化剂配比、原料配比、反应时间以及反应温度等参数对磺化反应的影响。试验结果表明,以浓硫酸和氨基磺酸混合物作为磺化剂使用时能够有效提高磺化反应效率,还能减少浓硫酸的使用量和废酸液的排放量,降低磺化成本,提高产物收率。制备1,6-萘二磺酸钠的最优工艺条件为硫酸与氨基磺酸物质的量比1∶1,原料萘与磺化剂物质的量比1∶4,合成反应温度为160℃,反应时间为4 h,此时萘转化率可以达到92.6%,1,6-萘二磺酸钠的收率可达到46.2%。In order to prepare sodium naphthalene disulfonate with higher purity and lower cost,the mixture of concentrated sulfuric acid and sulfamic acid is used as sulfonation agent,and the yield of sodium 1,6-naphthalene disulfonate and the conversion rate of naphthalene are used as evaluation indicators.The effects of sulfonation agent type,sulfonation agent ratio,raw material ratio,reaction time and reaction temperature on the sulfonation reaction are investigated.The results show that when concentrated sulfuric acid and sulfamic acid are mixed as sulfonation agent,the sulfonation reaction efficiency can be effectively improved,the use of concentrated sulfuric acid and the discharge of waste acid can be reduced,the sulfonation cost can also be reduced,and the product yield can be improved.The optimal process conditions for preparing sodium 1,6-naphthalene disulfonate are as follows:n(sulfuric acid)∶n(sulfamic acid)=1∶1,n(naphthalene)∶n(sulfonation agent)=1∶4,the reaction temperature is 160℃,and the reaction time is 4 h.At this time,the conversion rate of naphthalene can reach 92.6%,and the yield of sodium 1,6-naphthalene disulfonate can reach 46.2%.
