聚丙烯生产装置有机物废气分子筛吸附处理技术研究

摘  要:针对聚丙烯生产过程中产生的小分子烯烃类有机物废气处理问题,以硅酸钠、偏铝酸钠、季铵盐双子表面活性剂GSM-2和四丙基氢氧化铵为主要原料,制备了一种新型分子筛吸附剂ZSM-5-C1,并评价了其对1-丁烯气体的吸附效果。试验结果表明,当硅铝比为50,吸附剂体积为50 mL,相对湿度为60%,空速为3000 h-1,试验温度为40~50℃时,吸附剂对1-丁烯气体的吸附效果可以达到最优,穿透吸附量可以达到60 mg/mL以上。制备的分子筛吸附剂ZSM-5-C1对1-丁烯气体的吸附效果明显优于常用的活性炭和分子筛吸附剂,能够满足聚丙烯生产装置小分子烯烃类有机物废气的吸附处理要求。In order to solve the problem of waste gas treatment of small molecule olefin organic waste gas produced in the production of polypropylene,a new molecular sieve adsorbent ZSM-5-C1 is prepared with sodium metasilicate,sodium metaaluminate,quaternary ammonium gemini surfactant GSM-2 and tetrapropylammonium hydroxide as the main raw materials,and its adsorption effect on 1-butene gas is evaluated.The test results show that when the silicon aluminum ratio is 50,the adsorbent volume is 50 mL,the relative humidity is 60%,the space velocity is 3000 h-1,and the test temperature is 40-50℃,the adsorption effect of the adsorbent on 1-butene gas can reach the optimum,and the penetration adsorption capacity can reach more than 60 mg/mL.The adsorption effect of the prepared molecular sieve adsorbent ZSM-5-C1 on 1-butene gas is obviously better than that of the commonly used activated carbon and molecular sieve adsorbent,which can meet the adsorption treatment requirements of small molecular olefin organic waste gas from polypropylene production plant.
