摘  要:为满足辐射热流测量系统的现场校准需求,基于高功率半导体激光热源发生技术,研制热流现场校准装置,介绍了热流现场校准装置的组成以及装置各组成部件的设计参数,通过光学分析软件对热流源进行光路设计,通过分析现场校准装置的各不确定度分量及计算合成的扩展不确定度,该装置实现扩展不确定度为2.7%,能够满足热流现场校准需求。To meet the demand of field calibration of radiant heat flow measurement system,a heat flow field calibration device was developed based on high power semiconductor laser heat source generation technology.The composition of the heat flow calibration device and the design parameters of each component of the device is introduced.The optical analysis software is used to design the optical path of heat flow source.By analyzing each uncertainty component of the field calibration device and calculating the combined extended uncertainty,the extended uncertainty of 2.7% is realized by the device,which can meet the requirements of heat flow field calibration.
