高校学生图书馆虚拟学习空间使用行为影响因素及实证研究

摘　　要：基于UTAUT2模型对1277名大学生进行问卷调查和实证研究,发现:期望绩效、社会影响、享乐动机、便利条件、习惯显著影响高校学生虚拟学习空间使用意愿,便利条件、习惯、使用意愿显著正向影响其使用行为。习惯是使用行为意愿最强的预测因素,使用意愿是使用行为最强的预测因素。硕士生、博士生的虚拟学习空间使用行为显著高于本科生,理工科和医学类学生的虚拟学习空间使用行为显著高于人文社科类学生。Based on the UTAUT2 model,a questionnaire survey and empirical study were conducted on 1277 college students.It was found that expected performance,social impact,hedonic motivation,convenience conditions,and habits significantly affect the willingness of college students to use virtual learning spaces,while convenience conditions,habits,and willingness to use significantly and positively affect their usage behavior.Habit is the strongest predictor of willingness to use behavior,and willingness to use is the strongest predictor of usage behavior.The virtual learning space usage behavior of master’s and doctoral students is significantly higher than that of undergraduate students,and the virtual learning space usage behavior of science,engineering,and medical students is significantly higher than that of humanities and social sciences students.
