摘　　要：图书馆利用短视频进行宣传推广是创新服务功能与拓宽服务渠道的有效方式。论文构建了合理的短视频服务绩效评估指标,将改良一致性分析和关联分析算法相结合对指标间的关联性进行分析,并在此基础上应用网络层次分析法确定指标权重。应用模糊综合评价对公共图书馆抖音短视频服务绩效进行综合评估,并以广东省立中山图书馆为例进行实证分析,为提升图书馆短视频服务绩效提供借鉴。It is an effective way to innovate service functions and broaden service channels for libraries to use short videos for publicity and promotion.In this paper,a reasonable performance evaluation index of short video service is constructed,and the correlation among indexes is analyzed by combining improved consistency analysis and correlation analysis algorithm.On this basis,the index weight is determined by using the network analytic hierarchy process.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was applied to comprehensively evaluate the service performance of Douyin short video in public libraries,and the empirical analysis was carried out by taking Zhongshan Library in Guangdong Province as an example to provide reference for improving the service performance of short video in libraries.
