摘 要:抽水蓄能是当前技术最成熟、经济性最优、最具备大规模开发条件的电力系统绿色低碳清洁灵活调节电源,其建设征地仍存在征地范围较为集中、征地期限相对较长等特点。针对近期抽水蓄能电站移民安置规划设计依据、不同阶段规划设计及移民安置工作中面对的关注问题进行分析,并提出处理建议,以促进建设征地移民安置工作顺利推进。Pumped-storage power is a green,low-carbon,clean and flexible power source with the most mature technology,optimal economy and most favorable conditions for large-scale development.The land acquisition for the construction of pumped-storage power stations is still characterized by a relatively concentrated range and a relatively long period.The problems in the aspects of resettlement planning and design standards,resettlement planning and design at different construction stages,and resettlement implementation for pumped-storage power station at present are analyzed,and some suggestions are put forward,so as to promote the smooth progress of land acquisition and resettlement for the construction of pumped-storage power stations.
