摘　　要：以陕西省输变电工程项目数据为基础,构建输变电工程数据库。结合输变电工程的特点和组成,分析其造价偏差的主要影响因素。建立输变电工程造价评估指标体系,运用线性回归方法制定管控标准,并针对输变电工程的设计、施工、竣工阶段提出精益化管理的措施。A database of power transmission and transformation projects is constructed based on the data of the power transmission and transformation projects in Shaanxi Province.The main influencing factors of construction cost deviation are analyzed accord⁃ing to the characteristics and composition of the power transmission and transformation projects.The evaluation index system of power transmission and transformation projects construction cost is established,the control standards are set through the linear re⁃gression method,and the lean management measures for the design,construction and completion stages of the power transmission and transformation projects are put forward.
