摘 要:本文通过爆炸焊接结合界面波形来对爆炸焊接质量进行定量研究,通过SPH数值模拟、经验公式与试验研究相结合的方法,对板板爆炸焊接的焊接结合界面进行研究。针对Q235钢的板板爆炸焊接的爆炸焊接窗口进行了分析,建立了Q235钢板板爆炸焊接的爆炸焊接窗口的经验公式。在此基础上针对Q235钢材料的的搭接焊,进行了炸药爆速约3421m/s和4256m/s的板板爆炸焊接数值模拟与试验研究,对爆炸焊接界面波形进行对比分析,同时获取了Q235钢板板爆炸焊接数值模拟与经验公式所获得的碰撞速度。结果表明,SPH-FEM耦合算法可以对爆炸焊接进行较为精准地计算,此算法可以作为爆炸焊接的有效算法。爆炸焊接时由于爆轰波的传播及爆轰产物的飞散,会产生边界效应,边缘位置处的碰撞速度小于中心位置。炸药的爆速越大,焊接结合界面的波长越长、波幅越大。当炸药爆速过大时,结合界面会出现过熔现象,从而影响界面结合强度。The quality of explosive welding was quantitatively studied by studying the waveform of explosive welding interface.The welding interface of plate explosive welding was studied by SPH numerical simulation,empirical formula and experimental research.Firstly,the explosive welding window of Q235 steel plate explosive welding was analyzed,and the empirical formula of explosive welding window of Q235 steel plate explosive welding was established.On this basis,the numerical simulation and experimental study of explosive welding of plate with explosive detonation velocity of about 3421 m/s and 4256 m/s were carried out for the lap welding of Q235 steel material.The waveform of explosive welding interface was compared and analyzed,and the collision velocity obtained by numerical simulation and empirical formula of explosive welding of Q235 steel plate was obtained.The results showed that the SPH-FEM coupling algorithm can be used to calculate the explosive welding accurately,and it can be used as an effective algorithm for explosive welding.Due to the propagation of detonation wave and the dispersion of detonation products,the boundary effect will occur in explosive welding,and the collision velocity at the edge is lower than that at the center.The higher the detonation velocity,the longer the wavelength and the larger the amplitude of the bonding interface.When the detonation velocity is too high,the bonding interface will appear over-melting,which will affect the bonding strength of the interface.
