摘  要:为在连续火炮射击试验中获取炮口冲击波超压参数,本文提出了一种可多次触发的大容量炮口冲击波测试系统。系统通过多重内触发产生多次触发信号,运用Flash存储器实现大量数据记录,使用USB3.0来保证数据传输的高效性。针对试验中某次射击可能出现的未触发问题,采用同步记录触发时刻的方案,以保证数据与射击次数相互对应。在3次连续炮口冲击波试验中,两个测试系统共获取5条超压测试数据,并分辨出2#测点第2次试验为未触发。测试系统性能稳定,数据可靠,可被进一步推广应用。In order to obtain the overpressure parameters of muzzle shock wave in continuous gun firing test,a multi-trigger large capacity muzzle shock wave test system was proposed.The system generated multiple trigger signals through multiple internal triggers,used flash memory to record a large amount of data,and used USB3.O to ensure the high efficiency of data transmission.In order to solve the problem of non triggering which may occur in a certain shot in the test,the scheme of recording the trigger time synchronously was adopted to ensure that the data corresponded to the number of shots.In the three successive muzzle shock wave tests,the two test systems obtained 5 overpressure test data,and distinguish the second test of two test points as not triggered.The test system has stable performance and reliable data,which can be further promoted and applied.
