摘 要:以低产油茶老林为试验对象,通过高接换冠技术的应用,以修剪砧木树体1/3、1/2、2/3的体量及截干(断头接)4种不同修剪方式管理试验,分析其对接穗成活率和萌发枝生长量的影响,总结出一套高接换冠及接后管理等技术措施,为油茶低产林更换良种提供参考实例。Grafting technique has been widely used to form a new union between two similar plants,particularly with the better characteristics of the parent plants.Taking the low-yield camellia oleifera in the old forest as the test object,this study aims to apply the crown replacement technology for the higher connection than before.The practical purpose was to prune the 1/3,1/2,and 2/3 volume of the stock tree.Four pruning methods of trunk cutting(cutting off)were also set during practice.A systematic investigation was implemented to analyze the influence of the treatments on the survival rate of scions and the growth of sprouting branches.A set of technical measures were then summarized,such as the crown replacement and post grafting management.The finding can provide a strong reference for the improved varieties of camellia oleifera in the low-yield forests.
