摘　　要：计算机、互联网、大数据、云计划、移动互联、块数据、3S(GPS、GIS、RS)等技术快速发展,给人们的工作模式带来了巨大的变革。林业信息化管理作为林业工作的重要部分,需要与时俱进,跨学科融合发展,充分利用现阶段的成熟技术,为林业数据的采集、存储、分析、展示和应用提供支撑。为解决国家储备林建设规模庞大、运营周期长、管理难度大的问题,本文采用互联网、计算机、数据库、WebGIS等新一代信息技术,结合国家储备林统计分析的相关数据模型,研究开发基于WebGIS的国家储备林信息管理系统,提供空间数据展示、属性数据查询、数据分析与统计等功能,实现国家储备林的在线地图可视化展示、数据编辑、空间分析及数据库建设。Forestry information management has been one of the most important components in the forestry work.Particularly,the tremendous changes often occur in the current work patterns with the rapid development of information technologies,such as computers,the Internet,big data,cloud planning,mobile internet,block data,and 3S technology(Global Positioning System(GPS),Geographic Information Systems(GIS),and remote sensing(RS)).It is very necessary to fully utilize the current mature technologies across disciplines,in order to provide the support for the collection,storage,analysis,display,and application of forestry data.However,some challenges are still required for the large-scale construction,short operation cycle,and easy management of national reserve forests.In this article,a new information management system was implemented for the national reserve forest using WebGIS.A series of generation information technologies were also used,such as the Internet,computers,databases,and WebGIS.Data models were then combined for the statistical analysis of national reserve forests.Some new functions were fully realized,such as spatial data display,attribute data query,data analysis and statistics,the online map visualization,data editing,spatial analysis,and database construction of national reserve forests.
