摘  要:随着电力企业“数字化”转型、智慧水电厂建设以及电力市场改革的不断深入,人工开停机、穿越振动区已经难以满足云南调频辅助服务市场的要求,新形势对水电机组开停、有功调节提出了新的、更高的要求。本文主要研究水电机组根据全厂有功计划曲线选择性自动穿越振动区及智能开机、停机策略,以解决日常穿越振动区、开停机等环节需要大量人工操作的问题,对行业内其他相似水电厂有一定的参考价值。With the deepening of the digital transformation and the smart hydropower construction of the electric power enterprises,the electricity market reform of the China southern power grid,generator on or off and through the vibration area manually,has been difficult to meet the requirements of the YUNNAN frequency ancillary services market,the new situation of the above situation put forward new and higher requirements.This paper mainly studies the hydropower generator through the vibration area automatically and on or off intelligently according to the active power plan curves,so as to solve the problems of a large number of manual operation in the daily control operation,has a certain reference value for other similar hydropower plants.
