摘 要:社会经济不断发展致使电网的结构也变得愈加复杂,电网运行中各种误操作问题相继出现,误操作严重威胁大电网的安全底线,研究建立调度网络发令系统与五防系统强关联,实现现场操作票与调度指令自动比对校验,从源头管控现场因操作与调度指令内容不一致带来的电气误操作风险。本文提出了一种基于语义识别的调令解析系统,详细阐述了本文所提系统的总体构架、功能构架和技术方案。为试点技术推广提供了参考,有利于推动后续防误新技术的创新和发展。With the continuous development of social economy,the structure of the power grid has become more and more complex.Various misoperation problems in the operation of the power grid have appeared one after another.Misoperation seriously threatens the safety bottom line of the large power grid.This paper studies the establishment of a strong correlation between the dispatching network command system and the five-prevention system,realizes the automatic comparison and verification of the on-site operation ticket and the dispatching command,and controls the electrical misoperation risk caused by the inconsistency between the operation and the dispatching command content from the source.This paper proposes a command analysis system based on semantic recognition,and elaborates the overall architecture,functional architecture and technical scheme of the system proposed in this paper.It provides a reference for the promotion of pilot technology and is conducive to promoting the innovation and development of subsequent anti-misoperation new technologies.
