摘  要:本文设计了一种用于谐振接地系统故障残余电流有功分量的测量装置。装置包括中性点电压检测单元、中性点零序电流检测单元、馈线零序电流检测单元和后台监测分析系统组成,其中各检测单元具备GPS/北斗时钟或B码对时接口,具备本地同步采样和故障录波功能,含时标录波数据与后台分析系统用自主无线实现数据的汇集。当配电系统发生故障时,各检测单元启动录波,完成数据的采集,形成该次故障的电压和电流录波数据,后台分析系统汇集各检测单元的数据后,分别利用傅里叶滤波算法提取零序电压和零序电流数据的时域工频信号,通过相位与幅值的计算及偏差补偿,获得故障残余电流有功分量。该装置采用分布便携式的结构设计,便于工程现场的程实施。In this paper,a measuring device for the active component of the fault residual current of the resonant grounding system is designed.The device includes a neutral point voltage detection unit,a neutral point zero-sequence current detection unit,a feeder zero-sequence current detection unit and a background monitoring and analysis system.Each detection unit has a GPS/Dipper clock or B-code timing interface,and has local synchronous sampling and Fault recording function,including time scale recording data and background analysis system to realize data collection by autonomous wireless.When the power distribution system fails,each detection unit starts the recording,completes the data collection,and forms the voltage and current recording data of the fault.After the background analysis system collects the data of each detection unit,the Fourier filtering algorithm is used respectively.Extract the time-domain power frequency signal of the zero-sequence voltage and zero-sequence current data,and obtain the active component of the residual current of the fault through the calculation of phase and amplitude and deviation compensation.The device adopts a distributed and portable structure design,which is convenient for the implementation of the project site.
