摘　　要：地方高校作为区域产业科技创新体系建设的服务者、支撑者乃至引领者,要立足自身办学特色和资源禀赋,突破传统产教融合面临的“合而不融”困境,服务地方经济产业转型升级和创新发展对人才供给侧的迫切需求。广西科技大学围绕广西和柳州汽车产业集群高质量转型发展,“产学融创”理念引领国家级智能车辆(制造)与新能源汽车产业学院建设,打造融应用型创新人才培养、亲产业应用研究与科技创新、服务产业高质量发展、传承与创新工业文化“四位一体”的区域产学融创高等工程教育生态体系,推动地方高校新工科人才培养模式改革与创新。As servicer,supporter and leader of regional industrial scientific and technological innovation system,local undergraduate universities urgently need to break through the dilemma and bottleneck of traditional industry-education,integration facing“integration but not fusion”based on characteristics and resource endowment,and accelerate to serve the urgent supply-side demand of talents cultivation in higher education for transformation,upgrading and innovative development of local economy and industry.Guangxi University of Science and Technology,closely focusing on the need for high-quality transformation and development of the pillar industry cluster of Guangxi and Liuzhou,has led the construction of intelligent vehicle(manufacturing)and new energy automobile industry college through“industry-university-innovation”,created“quaternity”of industry-university-innovation education ecosystem that integrates application-oriented innovative talent training,applied research and technological innovation,high-quality industrial development servicing,inheritance and innovation of industrial culture,and promotes the reform and innovation of emerging engineering talent training mode in local undergraduate universities.
