摘 要:为解决中药提取过程中温度和压力控制存在的非线性、大惯性和多变量耦合等问题,建立了一种基于改进粒子群优化的模糊PID多变量解耦控制模型。在中药提取过程的动态数学模型基础上,结合多变量前置反馈解耦器对模型进行解耦,降低温度和压力间的耦合度;引入线性递减和目标值自适应融合的动态惯性权重策略,用改进粒子群优化算法对模糊PID控制器的比例因子和量化因子进行优化,避免参数陷入局部最优;最后,在Simulink中对所设计的控制模型进行仿真。结果表明:改进算法优化后的模糊PID解耦控制器的曲线超调接近于0,温度调节时间缩短97%,压力调节时间缩短55%,系统无振荡,基本消除了稳态误差,提高了中药提取过程中温度和压力的控制精度。To solve the nonlinear,large inertia and multivariable coupling problems of temperature and pressure control in the extraction process of traditional Chinese medicine,a fuzzy PID multivariable decoupling control model based on improved particle swarm optimization was established.Based on the dynamic mathematical model of the extraction process of traditional Chinese medicine,a multivariable pre-feedback decoupling method is used to decouple the model to reduce the coupling degree between temperature and pressure.The dynamic inertial weight strategy of linear decline and adaptive fusion of target value was introduced,and the scale factor and quantization factor of fuzzy PID controller were optimized by improved particle swarm optimization algorithm to avoid the parameters falling into local optimum.Finally,the control model is simulated in Simulink.The results show that the curve overshoot of the fuzzy PID decoupling controller optimized by the improved algorithm is close to 0,the temperature adjustment time is reduced by 97%,the pressure regulation time is reduced by 55%,the system has no oscillation,the steady-state error is basically eliminated,and the control accuracy of temperature and pressure in the extraction process of traditional Chinese medicine is improved.
