摘  要:使用椭球形滚子替代圆柱滚子,与圆柱滚子弧面凸轮实现点啮合,构成点啮合弧面凸轮机构,将机构的输入轴、输出轴和椭球滚子作为柔性体,其余部件作为刚性体,采用ADAMS软件建立刚柔耦合模型,进行动力学仿真,分析机构的振动和运动规律的影响因素。仿真结果显示:在载荷作用下,柔性体的弹性变形在停歇期引起机构的残余振动,且随转速的提高而增大;输入轴和输出轴产生较大的轴向变形和弯曲变形,弯曲变形影响啮合并改变中心距,轴向变形引起附加位移,影响运动规律,随转速的提高影响增大;在分度期,椭球滚子进入和退出啮合,影响机构的受力,使机构振动。椭球滚子和凸轮接触的刚度对比分析结果显示:接触刚度影响残余振动,接触刚度越大,残余振动越小。In this article,the new point engagement globoidal cam mechanism is set up when the cylindrical rollers are replaced by the ellipsoidal rollers.When the mechanism's input shaft,output shaft and ellipsoidal roller are regarded as flexible bodies,and the other parts are regarded as rigid bodies,the rigid flexible coupling model is worked out by means of the ADAMS software,and dynamic simulation is carried out to analyze the influencing factors of the vibration and motion law of the mechanism.The simulation results show that with the load,the elastic deformation of the flexible body brings residual vibration to the mechanism during the rest period,and it increases with the ever-growing rotational speed.The input shaft and output shaft also produce large bending deformation and axial deformation.The bending deformation exerts influence on engagement and changes the center distance;the axial deformation brings additional displacement,and it affects the motion law and increases with the ever-growing rotational speed.During the indexing period,the ellipsoidal rollers enter and exit the engagement,which affects the force of the mechanism and causes vibration.The results show that the contact stiffness affects the residual vibration,the larger the contact stiffness is,the smaller the residual vibration will be.
