摘 要:从钒钛磁铁矿的性质特点及资源特性出发,对其提钒工艺的研究进展进行了评述,并对各种提钒工艺的优缺点进行了讨论分析。直接提钒对高品位的钒钛磁铁矿精矿仍具有市场竞争优势,目前在工业上均采用钠化焙烧工艺;间接提钒法中的钒渣提钒依旧是未来研究的重点,其中钠化焙烧工艺是目前最成熟和应用最广泛的工艺,钙化焙烧在未来有取代钠化焙烧作为主流工艺的趋势,而亚熔盐工艺则为提钒工艺开辟了新途径;间接提钒法中的含钒钢渣提钒目前仍处在研究阶段,其中两步法直接酸浸工艺为含钒钢渣提钒提供了新的研究方向,具有良好发展与应用前景。Based on the properties and resource characteristics of vanadium titanomagnetite,this paper reviewed the research progress of vanadium extraction process,the advantages and disadvantages of various vanadium extraction processes were discussed and analyzed.At present,the industrial production of direct vanadium extraction from vanadium titanomagnetite all over the world adopted the sodium conversion roasting process,but this process had high pollution,high energy consumption and waste of resources.For this reason,calcium conversion roasting,salt-free roasting and direct reduction-grinding process for vanadium extraction,the new process solved the problem of pollution and energy consumption to a certain extent,but the waste of iron and titanium resources in minerals and the tailings of vanadium extraction could not be used on a large scale by the existing iron and steel process,whichwas the fundamental defect existing in the current direct vanadium extraction process.At present,the sodium conversion roasting process,calcium conversion roasting and sub-molten salt process for vanadium slag extraction had achieved industrial production.Among them,the sodium conversion roasting process was one of the most mature and widely used processes,with large output and good economic benefits.However,this process also had the problems of sodium salt releasing corrosive gas and corroding equipment,leaching slag salt alkalization and high treatment cost.The calcium conversion roasting would replace the sodium conversion roasting as the mainstream process in the future.It had higher requirements for roasting temperature and longer time and was relatively friendly to the environment,but there were also many deficiencies,such as the acid leaching solution was difficult to purify,the vanadium transfer rate was low.The sub-molten salt method had opened up a new way for the vanadium extraction process,and the operating temperature,energy consumption and solid waste were greatly reduced,avoiding high the influence of calcium on the disso
