摘　　要：Dear editor,As an effective model of genetic regulatory networks,the Boolean network was introduced by Kauffman,and has since been extensively studied in systems biology.Boolean control networks(BCNs)are Boolean networks with control and output.Reachability is used to design control sequences that drive genes from unhealthy to healthy states,which is an important issue in the control of BCNs.
