摘 要:城市轨道交通工程建设施工安全管理要求高,越来越多的先进技术手段被用于施工现场安全管理,其中,BIM建模和人员定位系统在明挖基坑工程中广泛应用。然而,将基于UWB(超宽带)定位技术的人员二维空间定位数据叠加到三维模型中时,由于维度不同,数据无法实现三维匹配。为解决数据匹配问题,依托北京地铁12号线北岗子站基坑工程,通过将基坑土方模型进行分层建模,并创建人员模型X方向自变量与Z方向因变量的关系式,土方模型随施工进度逐层挖除,人员模型Z坐标与土方模型动态吻合,实现人员定位与BIM模型的三维共建,从而实现定位数据在BIM模型上的融合展示。通过实际工程对三维共建技术进行应用与验证,为其他类似工程三维共建提供实例参考。The safety management requirements for urban rail transit construction projects are high,and advanced techniques are employed for construction site safety management.BIM modeling and personnel positioning systems are widely used in open-cut foundation pit engineering.However,when two-dimensional spatial positioning data of personnel based on UWB positioning technology are superimposed onto a three-dimensional model,the data cannot be matched in three dimensions due to their varying dimensions.To address this issue involving data matching,this study relies on the foundation pit project of Beigangzi Station on Beijing Metro Line 12.Layered modeling of the earthwork model for the foundation pit and relationship between the X-direction independent variable and Z-direction dependent variable of the personnel model are created.As the earthwork model is excavated layer by layer with the progress of the construction,the Z-coordinate of the personnel model is dynamically aligned with the surface layer of the earthwork model,achieving a three-dimensional co-construction of personnel location and BIM model.This allows for the integration of positioning data on the BIM model.The three-dimensional co-construction technology was applied and verified via an actual project,providing a reference for similar three-dimensional co-construction projects.
