摘  要:绿色金融是实现绿色技术创新的关键推动力,在加快绿色金融发展与构建绿色技术创新体系背景下,研究绿色信贷如何影响绿色技术创新效率具有重要意义。基于2008-2019年我国省级面板数据,运用系统GMM模型对绿色信贷与绿色技术创新效率之间的关系进行检验。结果显示:绿色信贷对绿色技术创新效率(GML)具有显著的“激励效应”,但对其两个分解指标的影响显著程度不同,绿色创新技术效率(GEC)大于绿色创新技术进步(GTC)。分样本检验发现,在绿色信贷发展更成熟、企业平均规模更大的地区,绿色信贷对创新效率的“激励效应”更突出;绿色信贷通过产业结构优化和能源消费结构升级等方式促进区域绿色技术创新效率。Green finance is the key driving force to achieve green technology innovation.In the context of accelerating the development of green finance and building a green technology innovation system,it is of great significance to study how green credit affects the efficiency of green technology innovation.Based on the provincial panel data of China from 2008 to 2019,the relationship between green credit and green technology innovation efficiency is tested using the systematic GMM model.The results show that green credit has a significant"incentive effect"on the green technology innovation efficiency(GML),but the significant degree of influence on the two decomposition indicators is different,and the green innovation technology efficiency(GEC)is greater than the green innovation technology progress(GTC).According to the sub-sample test,the"incentive effect"of green credit on innovation efficiency is more prominent in regions with more mature development of green credit and larger average scale of enterprises.Green credit promotes regional green technology innovation efficiency by optimizing industrial structure and upgrading energy consumption structure.
