我国地方政府融资平台研究知识图谱可视化分析

摘　　要：地方政府融资平台对我国“保增长、调结构、促改革、惠民生”相关政策的落实发挥了重要的作用,但其带来的问题和风险也不容忽视。地方政府融资平台曾经是国内学者的研究热点,学者们从不同角度分析地方融资平台的建设、管理和转型,产生了很多有意义的研究结论。采用Cite Space文献计量方法,对2009年1月年至2023年5月有关地方政府融资平台重要期刊文献的发文量、作者及机构合作、关键词等进行可视化图谱分析。分析发现:2010年发文量最多,达到峰值98篇,之后数量逐年减少,至2016年后发文量趋于稳定;主要科研机构包括财政部财政科学研究所、复旦大学经济学院、中南财经政法大学财政税务学院等;研究主题涉及地方政府融资平台建设、风险管理和市场化转型三大领域。地方政府融资平台研究是一个系统的长期工程,未来该领域研究者应注重长期追踪,加强合作,为促进地方政府融资平台市场化转型提供更有力的理论支撑。Local govermment financing platforms have played an important role in"maintaining growth,adjusting structure,promoting reform and benefiting people's livelihood"in China,but the problems and risks brought by them can not be ignored.Local govermment financing platform used to be a research hotspot of domestic scholars.Scholars have analyzed the construction,management and transformation of local financing platform from different perspectives,and produced many meaningful research conclusions.Using CiteSpace bibliometric method to analyze the number of articles,authors and institutions cooperation and keywords of the local government financing platform from January 2009 to May 2023,the analysis shows that the number of articles in 2010 reached the peak at 98,and the number decreased year by year and stabilized after 2016.Major research institutions include Institute of Fiscal Science,Ministry of Finance,School of Economics,School of Economics and Taxation,etc.The research topics mainly include three areas:local government financing platform construction,risk management and market transformation.Research on local government financing plaforms is a systematic long-term project.In the future,researchers in this field should focus on long-term tracking,strengthen collaboration,and enrich quantitative analysis and practical case studies,in order to provide stronger theoretical support for the market-oriented transformation of local government financing platforms.
