腹股沟疝合并子宫圆韧带囊肿患者的日间手术治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析腹股沟疝合并子宫圆韧带囊肿患者的日间手术的治疗效果。方法选取2018年8月至2019年8月黄石工矿医院收治住院的68例腹股沟疝合并子宫圆韧带囊肿患者,采用信封法分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。对照组患者行非日间手术,观察组患者行日间手术,比较两组患者治疗效果及住院情况。结果术后1d、3d,观察组与对照组两时间的疼痛程度评分组间无显著差异,两组患者的术中出血量、手术时间、并发症发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。观察组患者住院时间短于对照组,且住院费用明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。随访3年,两组复发率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论腹股沟疝合并子宫圆韧带囊肿患者行日间手术,其安全性和非日间手术相当,且日间手术的费用较低,患者住院时间短。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of daytime operation on patients with inguinal hernia and cyst of round ligament of uterus.Method 68 patients with inguinal hernia combined with uterine round ligament cyst admitted to Huangshi Industrial and Mining Hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group using the envelope method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group underwent non day surgery,while the observation group underwent day surgery.The treatment effect and hospitalization status of the two groups of patients were compared.Result On the 1st and 3rd day after surgery,there was no significant difference in pain scores between the observation group and the control group at two times.There was no significant difference in intraoperative bleeding volume,surgical time,and incidence of complications between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).The hospitalization time of the observation group patients was shorter than that of the control group,and the hospitalization cost was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After a 3-year follow-up,there was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The safety of daytime operation for inguinal hernia combined with round ligament cyst of uterus is equivalent to that of non-daytime operation,and the cost of daytime operation is low,and the patient's hospitalization time is short.
