摘  要:针对现行国标GB 36886-2018提供的林格曼黑度图检测方法存在的不足,采用图像识别技术,研制了一种具备拍照式林格曼黑度检测(分辨率从0.25级升至0.05级)、透射式烟度检测、模拟微环境等3个主要功能的非道路柴油机械排气烟度专用检测装置。同时,研究了直管、45°弯管、90°弯管3种排气管尾根部取样位置对不透光光吸收系数检测结果的影响,并进行了基本理论分析和现场测试验证,明确取样点应尽量远离弯头位置,为后续可调整式探头结构优化设计提供一定理论支撑。该检测装置可对非道路柴油机械的林格曼黑度和不透光烟度同步进行排气烟度检测,实现了一次性、可记录、可追溯精准检测。Aiming at the shortcomings of the Ringelmann smoke density map detection method provided by the current national standard GB 36886-2018,image recognition technology was used to develop a special detection device for non-road diesel exhaust smoke with three main functions,including photographing Ringelmann blackness detection(resolution from 0.25 to 0.05),transmission smoke detection,and simulated microenvironment.At the same time,the influence of sampling positions at the tail root of straight pipe,45°elbow and 90°elbow on the detection results of the light tight absorption coefficient was also studied,and the basic theoretical analysis and field test verification were carried out.It was clear that the sampling point should be as far away from the elbow position as possible,providing theoretical support for the subsequent more optimal design of the adjustable probe structure.The detection device can simultaneously perform exhaust smoke detection on Ringelmann blackness and opaque smoke of non-road diesel machinery,realizing one-time,recordable and traceable accurate detection.
