摘  要:为研究排气型气囊作用下多管火箭炮在不同工况下的着陆冲击性能,建立多管火箭炮着陆缓冲系统有限元模型,利用LS-DYNA软件计算了炮车系统在刚性地面条件、土壤地面条件、蜂窝铝辅助缓冲条件、后排气囊失效的恶劣工况下的着陆过程动力学响应。结果表明,不同地面条件对多管火箭炮着陆缓冲性能影响较小,车架、框架、定向管应力超过许用应力,应注意防护;在货台和车身之间设计蜂窝铝辅助缓冲装置能有效降低车架应力,实现对车架的保护;后排气囊失效情况下货台冲击过载从40 g提高到80g,超出空投安全标准,安全隐患增加。该文研究结果对于多管火箭炮空投方案设计和试验验证有一定参考意义。In order to study the landing impact performance of multiple rocket launcher under the action of exhaust air bag under different working conditions,the LS-DYNA finite element model of multiple rocket launcher landing buffer system is established,and the landing impact responses of the gun vehicle system under the harsh working conditions of rigid ground condition,soil ground condition,honeycomb aluminum auxiliary buffer condition and rear exhaust air bag failure are calculated.The results show that different ground conditions have little influence on the landing buffer performance of multiple rocket launcher,and the stress of the vehicle frame,frame and directional tube exceeds the allowable stress,so attention should be paid to protection.The honeycomb aluminum auxiliary buffer between the cargo platform and the body can effectively reduce the stress of the vehicle frame and protect the vehicle frame.In the case of rear exhaust air bag failure,the impact overload of cargo platform is increased from 40 g to 80 g,which exceeds the safety standard and greatly increases the potential safety risks.The research results of this paper have certain reference significance for the design and test verification of multiple rocket launcher airdrop scheme.
