摘  要:【目的】烟粉虱侵染能够诱导烟草对烟蚜的防御反应。通过试验,明确诱导烟草防御反应的烟粉虱虫态及密度阈值。【方法】采用小叶笼法在恒温养虫室内研究了烟粉虱不同虫态及不同密度侵染烟草对烟蚜的影响。【结果】烟粉虱成虫侵染烟草9d内对后续取食的烟蚜死亡率基本没有影响,而若虫为害至三龄时对烟蚜的影响显著,观察至第5天时死亡率较对照植株升高了56.67%。0~1头/cm^(2)若虫为害对烟蚜没有明显影响,2~3头/cm^(2)若虫为害是诱导烟草防御反应的最小阈值,此密度为害植株上烟蚜第9天的死亡率较对照植株升高了36.85%,平均相对生长率降低了4.08%,发育历期延长了2.67d,平均单雌产仔量减少了16.27头/雌,平均成蚜寿命缩短了6.37d,与对照间存在显著差异。5~6头/cm^(2)若虫为害、11~12头/cm^(2)若虫为害烟草对烟蚜的影响没有明显差异。【结论】烟粉虱若虫而非成虫侵染诱导了烟草对烟蚜的防御反应,且烟草在一定的受害程度内产生的诱导防御反应强弱基本一致,体现了诱导抗虫性的“开-关”式效应特点。[Objective]The damage of Bemisia tabaci(Gennadius)can induce the defense response of tobacco to Myzus persicae(Sulzer).The Stage and density thresholds of B.tabaci inducing defense responses in tobacco were determined by experiments.[Method]The effects of B.tabaci stage and density on M.persicae were studied in a thermostatic chamber with the lobular cage method.[Result]The adults of B.tabaci had no effect on the mortality of M.persicae within 9 days after the infestation,but the effect of B.tabaci nymphs which developed into the third instar on M.Persicae was significant,with the mortality having increased by 56.67%compared with that of the control plants at the 5th day.The nymphs of 0-1 cm^(2)had no obvious effect on M.persicae.The nymphs of 2-3 cm^(2)were the minimum thresholds for the induction of defense responses in tobacco.The 9-day mortality of M.persicae on tobacco damaged by the nymphs of 2-3 cm^(2)increased by 36.85%and the average relative growth rate decreased by 4.08%,with the duration of development being prolonged by 2.67 days,the average number of the offspring per female reduced by 16.27,and the average lifespan of the adult aphids being shortened by 6.37 days.There were significant differences between the control and the treatment,but there was no significant difference in the effect of tobacco damaged by 5-6 nymphs/cm^(2)and 11-12 nymphs/cm^(2)on M.persicae.[Conclusion]The nymphs but not the adults of B.tabaci could induce the defense response of tobacco to M.persicae,and the induced resistance of tobacco was basically the same in a certain degree of the damage,showing the“on-off”effects of the induced insect resistance.
