摘 要:【目的】通过探索水稻稻弄蝶有效的监控技术,解决传统固定花圃定时系统观察法受气象影响大、监测费时、确定虫种难等问题。【方法】于2017年在稻弄蝶发生期应用带蜜紫色粘虫板的害虫诱测装置与固定花圃系统观察法开展了害虫的对比监测试验研究。【结果】带蜜紫色粘虫板的害虫诱测装置与固定花圃观察法监测稻弄蝶主害时期的成虫种群数量发生动态趋势及成虫高峰期趋于一致,成虫高峰期与田间成虫羽化高峰期也相吻合,以害虫诱测装置监测效果最为明显,具有诱集量大、峰型明显、预测准确性高等特点,优于固定花圃系统观察法,气象因子和非靶标昆虫对其诱测影响较小。【结论】带蜜紫色粘虫板的害虫诱测装置监测稻弄蝶成虫简便易行,监测效率高,监控效果好,成虫高峰期及诱量,可作为简化精准预测害虫发生防治时期及程度的重要依据,适宜于水稻稻弄蝶发生区的监测预警和绿色防控使用。[Objective]This study was done through exploring effective monitoring technology to solve the problem of weather,time-consuming monitoring,and the difficulty to determine insect species of the traditional fixed flower garden system.[Method]In 2017,the research team conducted comparative monitoring experiments of pests during the occurrence period of P.guttata by using trapping devices of purple sticky insect boards and the fixed flower garden system observation method.[Result]Thepest trapping device of purple sticky insect boards was consistent with the number of adults during the main damage period of the fixed flower garden observation,and the peak period of adult insect emergence coincided with the peak period of adult insect emergence in the field.The trapping device had the most obvious effect on monitoring the population dynamics of P.guttata adults,with a large amount of trapping,obvious peak patterns,and high prediction accuracy.It ws superior to the fixed flower garden system observation method,and meteorological factors and non-target insects had little impact on its trapping.[Conclusion]The pest detection device of purple sticky insect boards was simple and easy to monitor the adult P.guttata,with high monitoring efficiency and good monitoring effects.The peak period and amount of adult insects attracted could be used as an important basis for simplifying and accurately predicting the occurrence and degree of pest control,and so it is suitable for monitoring,warning,and green control in areas where the butterflies occur.
