摘  要:对不同类型的激光测距原理进行分析比较,并根据舰船舱壁扰度监测的应用场合,选择三角测距法作为系统设计的基本原理。对监测系统的设计、安装方式和工作原理进行阐述,并根据舱壁扰度监测系统的需求对关键或核心器件、数据通信模式进行分析和选择。在试验室环境下开展位移定量和挠度模拟试验,验证系统的精度和重复性等。试验结果表明,基于激光测距技术的舱壁扰度监测系统能有效监测舱壁挠度的变化,但在实船上应用时,需考虑其环境适应性。Different laser ranging principles are analyzed and compared before the triangulation ranging method is finally selected as the basic principle of the monitoring system design according to the situation of the ship cabin wall disturbance monitoring.This paper elaborates the design,the installation mode and the working principle of the monitoring system and analyzes the points of selecting the vital devices and the data communication mode according to the requirements of the monitoring system of bulkhead deflection.Displacement quantification and deflection simulation tests are carried out under the laboratory environmental conditions to verify the accuracy and repeatability of the system.The experimental results indicate that the bulkhead disturbance monitoring system based on laser ranging technology can effectively monitor the changes in the bulkhead deflection,but the environmental adaptability of the system needs to be considered when applied to real ships.
