摘  要:在我国“双碳”目标的提出下,钢铁企业的节能减排迫在眉睫,非高炉炼铁工艺因在环保与节能上具有一定优势,在近些年得到迅速发展。其中,HIsmelt熔融还原工艺是主要的非高炉炼铁工艺之一。介绍了HIsmelt工艺的发展背景,主要阐述了工艺流程、冶炼特点,以及现有工艺技术创新,同时对该工艺未来发展进行了展望。HIsmelt工艺具有原料操作灵活性高、设备投资低、铁水质量高、总能耗低等优点,我国引进工艺后在矿粉预热预还原工艺、炉缸耐材寿命、煤气利用、喷吹优化、出铁优化等方面具有突破性创新。在此基础上,提出应加强HIsmelt工艺冶炼特殊矿种的理论研究,从而实现对特殊矿种的冶炼;建议与电炉生产相结合,有望实现新的非高炉-电炉冶炼体系;提出与氢冶金技术相结合,进一步提高还原效率和降低CO 2排放,其具体操作可行性还有待进一步实验研究。Under the proposal of China's"dual carbon"goal,energy conservation and emission reduction of iron and steel enterprises are imminent,and non-blast furnace ironmaking process has developed rapidly in recent years because of its certain advantages in environmental protection and energy saving.Among them,the HIsmelt melt reduction process is one of the main non-blast furnace ironmaking processes.The development background of HIsmelt process is introduced,mainly expounding the process flow,smelting characteristics,and existing process technology innovation,and the future development of the process is prospected.HIsmelt process has the advantages of high flexibility of raw material operation,low equipment investment,high quality of molten iron,low total energy consumption,etc.,and has breakthrough innovations in ore powder preheating and pre-reduction process,furnace cylinder refractory life,gas utilization,injection optimization,iron output optimization and other aspects after the introduction of the process in China.On this basis,it is proposed that the theoretical research of HIsmelt process smelting of special minerals should be strengthened,so as to realize the smelting of special minerals.The proposed combination with electric furnace production is expected to enable a new non-blast furnace-electric furnace smelting system;it is proposed to combine with hydrogen metallurgy technology to further improve the reduction efficiency and reduce CO 2 emissions,and its specific operational feasibility needs further experimental research.
