摘 要:利用直读光谱仪、金相显微镜和扫描电镜对20钢的断后伸长率和冷弯性能不合格的原因进行了分析。结果认为,硫化物夹杂是影响冷弯性能不合格的主要原因,断后伸长率主要受硫化物夹杂和贝氏体组织的影响。通过适当增大20钢凝固过程中的水量,调整轧制后的层流冷却方式,降低冷却速度,组织中的硫化物夹杂等级和表层贝氏体组织深度得到了控制,提高了20钢的断后伸长率和冷弯性能合格率。The reasons for the unqualified elongation and cold bending performance of 20 steel after breaking were analyzed by direct reading spectrometer,metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscopy.The results suggest that sulfide inclusion is the main reason affecting the unqualified cold bending performance,and the elongation after breaking is mainly affected by sulfide inclusion and bainite structure.By appropriately increasing the amount of water in the solidification process of 20 steel,adjusting the laminar flow cooling method after rolling,and reducing the cooling rate,the sulfide inclusion grade in the tissue and the depth of the surface bainite structure were controlled,and the elongation after breaking and the pass rate of cold bending performance of 20 steel were improved.
