摘 要:“双碳”目标下,随着国家对碳排放监测准确度要求的提高,作为在线监测参比方法的烟气流速/流量手工监测方法有待进一步完善。针对此情况,综述了当前国内外烟气流速/流量手工监测方法的发展现状,并在此基础上提出了我国监测方法的改进方向。国内外现有监测标准方法对测量位置和测量点布置均有规定,但在具体要求上存在一定差异。比较而言,美国、欧洲和ISO标准方法在相关要求上较为全面,特别是在测量位置气流方向及流场均匀性检查验证方面,是我国标准方法所欠缺的。就流速/流量测量方法而言,与美国、欧洲和ISO标准相比,我国现有测量方法种类明显不足,尤其是缺少针对测量位置不满足要求、流场条件差及壁面效应等问题的测量方法。此外,欧洲和ISO标准还规定了烟气流速/流量测量结果不确定度的评定方法,这也是我国当前标准所没有的。有鉴于此及我国固定污染源现状,有必要从多方面加快完善我国烟气流速/流量手工监测标准方法的制定。Under the targets of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,the standard method of manual determination of flue gas velocity and volume flow rate,as a reference method of automatic monitoring,needs to be further improved,while the requirements of carbon emission monitoring and measurement accuracy are raised in China.In this case,the current situation of manual monitoring methods were reviewed,on the basis of which the improvement direction of monitoring methods in China were proposed.The existing monitoring standard methods at home and abroad have regulations on the measurement sites and layout of measurement points,but there are certain differences in specific requirements.Comparatively speaking,the standard methods of the United States,Europe,and ISO are relatively comprehensive[]in terms of relevant requirements,especially in the verification of airflow direction and flow field homogeneity at measurement sites,which is lacking in China's standard methods.In terms of determination methods of velocity and volume flow rate,compared with the standards of the United States,Europe,and ISO,China has a significant shortage of measurement methods,especially those aimed at problems like unsatisfactory measurement sites,poor flow field conditions,wall effect and so on.In addition,European and ISO standards also specify methods for evaluating the uncertainty of flue gas velocity and flow rate measurement results,which are not present at China's current standards.Considering the above issues and the current situation of stationary sources in China,it is necessary for China to accelerate the development of manual monitoring standard methods for flue gas flow velocity and flow rate from multi-aspects.
