摘  要:本研究旨在明确江苏地区水禽致病性大肠杆菌的血清型、进化分群、毒力基因分布和耐药情况,以期为水禽大肠杆菌病的防控提供依据。本研究从江苏省部分规模化水禽养殖场疑似大肠杆菌感染病例中,分离得到24株水禽肠道外致病性大肠杆菌,并检测分离菌株的血清型、毒力基因分布、系统进化分群和耐药情况。血清型检测结果表明,O65血清型菌株共8株,占全部菌株的33.3%,O16、O68、O87、O126、O138、O164血清型菌株各1株,其他未鉴定血清型10株;毒力基因检测结果表明,fimA、ECs3737、ECs3703、tsh和irp2基因在分离菌株中的阳性率分别为83.3%、75.0%、66.7%、33.3%和4.2%,其中含有4个毒力基因组合的菌株占29.2%;系统进化分群结果表明,非致病群A占45.8%,低致病群B1占33.3%,高致病群B2和D分别占8.3%、1.3%;药敏试验结果表明,24株分离菌株均对恩诺沙星、强力霉素100%耐药,对四环素、万古霉素、红霉素的耐药率为91.7%,对阿莫西林/棒酸的敏感率为100%。本研究结果表明,江苏省水禽致病性大肠杆菌血清型较为复杂、耐药性严重。The purpose of this study was to isolate pathogenic Escherichia coli strains from suspected clinical cases on some largescale waterfowl farms in Jiangsu province and characterize their serotypes,phylogenetic groups,virulence gene distribution and drug resistance.Total 24 strains of pathogenic E.coli were obtained and used in the study.One strain was identified as serotype O16,O68,O87,O126,O138 and O164.Eight strains were serotype O65,accounting for 33.3%of all strains.Other 10 strains were not able to be serotyped.Virulence genes fimA,ECs3737,ECs3703,tsh and irp2 were found in 83.3%,75.0%,66.7%,33.3%and 4.2%isolated strains,respectively.Furthermore,29.2%isolates possessed 4 out of 5 virulence genes as mentioned above.Phylogenetic clustering results showed that non-pathogenic group A accounted for 45.8%,low-pathogenic group B 1 accounted for 33.3%,and high-pathogenic group B2 and D accounted for 8.3%and 1.3%,respectively.The drug susceptibility testing showed that all 24 isolated strains were 100%resistant to enoxacin and doxycycline,91.7%resistant to tetracycline,vancomycin and erythromycin,and 100%susceptible to amoxicillin/clavulanic acid.These results indicated a complex pattern of the serotypes of pathogenic E.coli from waterfowl in Jiangsu province and severe drug resistance.
