摘 要:鸭传染性浆膜炎是由鸭疫里默氏杆菌(RA)感染引起的一种雏鸭高度接触性传染病。为了解该病在鸭群中的发病情况、细菌耐药性变化,本研究从湖北省不同地区鸭场采集鸭传染性浆膜炎疑似病例肝脏,分离到34株细菌,对分离细菌进行培养、形态观察、生化鉴定、耐药性检测和氟苯尼考耐药基因测定。药敏试验显示34株分离株对头孢噻肟、大观霉素和阿米卡星敏感性比较高,对新霉素和诺氟沙星耐药性最强。PCR扩增RA氟苯尼考flor基因,16株分离株可以扩增出该基因,所得序列与Flor蛋白全基因序列比对,相似性高达100%。Infectious serositis in duck is a highly contagious infection caused by Riemerella anatipestifer.In order to understand the incidence of this disease in the duck population and the drug resistance,liver samples were collected from ducks suspicious of infectious serositis from different regions of Hubei province and 34 bacterial strains were isolated and identified as R.anatipestifer based on culture,morphology,biochemical reaction.These strains were tested for their drug resistance.These strains were susceptible to cefotaxime,spectinomycin and amikacin and resistant to neomycin and norfloxacin.In addition,the florfenicol flor gene was amplified in PCR from 16 isolates and compared with the whole flor gene sequence at 100%identity.
