摘 要:本文通过对新疆伊犁地区3个马场中疑似马腺疫病例进行病料采集、培养、生化实验及同源性分析,进一步确定伊犁地区不同马场马腺疫病原菌的种属差异。根据患病马匹临床症状对疑似马腺疫病例进行实验室细菌学检查及血常规检查。结果表明,采集的40份样品中检测出7株疑似马链球菌,通过fneB基因扩增后发现其中6株菌的核苷酸同源性达90%~99%,确诊为马链球菌马亚种;而另1株菌其氨基酸同源性为76%~85%,推测可能为马链球菌兽疫亚种。血常规结果表明,患病马白细胞总数极显著升高(P<0.01),粒细胞数和淋巴细胞数显著升高(P<0.05)。本研究结果提示,新疆伊犁地区马场可能有兽疫亚种与马亚种混合感染的病例,为今后临床防控马腺疫疾病提供参考依据。In this paper,the causative agent for equine strangles that occurred on three horse farms in Yili area of Xinjiang province were investigated through clinical observation,bacterial culture,biochemical test and fneB gene sequence homology analysis.Based on the clinical signs of the infected horses,laboratory bacteriological examination and blood routine examination were carried out on the suspicious cases of horse strangles.Seven bacterial strains were isolated from 40 samples of suspicious horse strangles.After amplification and alignment of fneB gene,the nucleotide homology among 6 strains was 90%-99%,which were confirmed as Streptococcus equi ssp.equi(SEE).The amino acid homology of another strain was 76%-85%,which might be the Streptococcus equi subsp.zooepidemicus(SEZ).The results of blood routine testing showed that the total number of white blood cells(WBC)significantly increased(P<0.01),granulocytes(GRA)and lymphocytes(LYM)of the diseased horses were also significantly increased(P<0.05).These results suggested the presence of mixed infection of SEZ and SEE on horse farms in Yili area of Xinjiang province,which provided a reference for clinical prevention and control of horse strangles in the future.
