摘 要:目的系统分析糖尿病患者的唾液葡萄糖与血糖的相关性,以期证明唾液葡萄糖具有无创监测糖尿病的潜力。方法对中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)(主题检索)、PubMed(主题检索)、谷歌学术(主题检索)和Webofscience(标题和关键词检索)进行了系统检索,并采用其他检索方式查找了关于健康人和糖尿病受试者唾液葡萄糖与血糖相关性的同行评审文章,用R4.0.3和Excel2016软件进行统计学分析。结果本研究共纳入文献17篇,纳入文献质量评价均在中等以上。糖尿病患者的唾液葡萄糖和血糖水平的r为0.65,95%CI=0.48~0.77,P<0.001;健康人的唾液葡萄糖和血糖水平的r为0.52,95%CI=0.35~0.65,P<0.001。结论糖尿病患者的唾液葡萄糖水平与血糖呈高度相关性,且糖尿病患者的唾液葡萄糖和血糖的相关性高于健康人,提示唾液葡萄糖有作为糖尿病监测无创手段的潜力。Objective This paper aims to systematically analyze the correlation between salivary glucose and blood glucose in patients with diabetes,to prove that salivary glucose has the potential as a noninvasive method for diabetes monitoring.Methods The Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)(thematic search),PubMed(thematic search),Google Scholar(thematic search),and Web of Science(title and keyword search)were systematically searched;other search meth-ods were used to include peer-reviewed articles on the correlation between salivary glucose and blood glucose in healthy indi-viduals and diabetic participants.Statistical analysis was performed using R 4.0.3 and Excel 2016 software.Results A to-tal of 17 articles were included in this study,and the quality evaluation of the included articles was over moderate.The"r value"for salivary glucose and glucose levels in diabetic patients was 0.65(95%CI=0.48~0.77,P<0.001).The"r val-ue"for salivary glucose and glucose levels in healthy individuals was 0.52(95%CI=0.35~0.65,P<0.001).Conclusion Salivary glucose level is highly correlated with blood glucose in diabetic patients,and the correlation between salivary glucose and blood glucose in them is higher than that in healthy individuals,suggesting that salivary glucose has the potential as a noninvasive method for diabetes monitoring.
