摘  要:针对德胜集团烧结厂消化使用的自产生石灰和外购生石灰、烧结过程中焦粉粒度的配比和不同料层厚度对烧结矿产生的一系列问题,本文通过升温速率法测定了自产灰和外购灰在不同配比下的活性度,并研究了不同生石灰活性度以及不同焦粉粒度和料层厚度为700mm与750mm条件下对烧结矿质量的影响。结果表明,生石灰活性度随着自产灰的配比降低而降低,全为自产灰的活性度为29.1,且活性度越高,烧结矿的强度越大,冶金性能越好;焦粉粒度应减少小于1mm焦粉粒度,尤其小于0.5mm的粒级范围,增大1~3mm的焦粉粒级,可有效改善烧结生产效率,但是强度有所降低;料层厚度应采用750mm,转鼓强度有明显的提升,低温还原粉化指数RDI+3.15为79.03,厚料层可与焦粉粒度为1~3mm的配合使用,平衡增大焦粉粒度带来的强度下降情况。In the sintering process of self-produced lime and purchased quicklime used in the sintering plant of Desh-eng Group,a series of problems are caused by the ratio of coke powder particle size and different bed thickness of sinter,In this paper,the activity of self-produced ash and purchased ash in different proportions was measured by heating rate method,and the effects of different activity of quicklime,different coke particle size and bed thickness of 700 mm and 750 mm on sinter quality were studied.The results show that the activity of quicklime decreases with the decrease of the proportion of self-produced ash.The activity of all self-produced ash is 29.1,and the higher the activity,the greater the strength of sinter and the better the metallurgical performance.The size of coke powder should be reduced by less than lmm,especially less than 0.5 mm.Increasing the size of coke powder by 1~3 mm can effectively improve the sintering efficiency but reduce the strength;The thickness of material layer should be 750mm drum,and the strength has obvious improvement.The low temperature reduction pulverization index RDI+3.15 is 79.03.The thick material layer can be used together with the coke powder particle size of 1~3 mm to balance the strength decline caused by increasing the coke powder particle size.
