摘 要:采用Leco公司ON836脉冲加热惰气熔融红外线吸收法测定Ti70钛铁中氧含量,分别对分析功率、称样量、助熔剂、比较器水平与分析时间、检出限、标准曲线的建立进行了研究。通过正交试验确定分析的最佳条件,研究表明,称样量0.07~0.09 g,采用镍蓝-锡囊为助熔剂,分析功率为4.5 kW,分析积分时间为40 s时结果稳定可靠。采用2个钒铁标准样品建立的氧校正曲线,相关系数大于0.999;在最佳分析条件下对钛铁样品中氧进行了5次平行测定,分析样品的相对标准偏差均在5%以下,采用钒铁标准样品进行加标回收试验,回收率为97%~106%。本方法简便、快速、准确,在实际应用中取得了比较满意的结果。The oxygen content in Ti70 ferrotitanium was determined by ON836 pulsed hot gas melting infrared ab-sorption method of Leco Company.The analysis power,sample weight,flux,comparator level and analysis time,detection limit and standard curve were studied.Orthogonal test was used to determine the optimal conditions for a-nalysis.The results showed that when the sample size was 0.07-0.09 g,the nickel blue tin capsule was used as the flux,the analysis power was 4.5kW,and the analysis integration time was 40 s,the results were stable and reliable.The oxygen correction curve was established by using two standard samples of iron vanadium,and the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999.Five times of parallel determination of oxygen in ferrotitanium samples were car-ried out under the best analysis conditions,and the relative standard deviation of the samples was all below 5%.The standard samples of ferrovanadium were used for standard recovery test,and the recovery rate was 97%~106%.The method is simple,rapid and accurate,and satisfactory results have been obtained in practical application.
