摘 要:心房颤动(atrial fibrillation,AF)是成人最常见的持续性心律失常,随着全球人口老龄化AF的发病率和患病率正在逐年上升。AF的临床治疗手段持续改进并不断优化,但房颤发病机制仍未完全阐明。双孔钾通道家族中的TWIK相关酸敏感钾通道1(TWIK-related acid-sensitive potassium channel 1,TASK-1),其可能为一有巨大价值的AF治疗靶点。本综述系统总结了关于双孔钾通道家族中TAKS-1通道与房颤的研究进展。Atrial Fibrillation(AF)is the most common persistent arrhythmia in adults.With the aging of the global population,the incidence and prevalence of AF are increasing year by year.The clinical treatment of AF continues to improve and optimize,but the pathogenesis of AF is still not fully elucidated.The TASK-1 channel in the two-well potassium channel family is specifically expressed in the atrium and affects the atrium cordis action potential duration(APD).The expression of Task-1 channel is up-regulated in AF patients,which may be a valuable therapeutic target for AF.This review systematically summarizes the research progress of TAKS-1 channel in two-pore potassium channel family and atrial fibrillation.
