新时代中国共产党民族话语体系构建探论

摘　　要：构建新时代民族话语体系体现了中国共产党构建话语的主动性,推动话语创新的自觉性。从构建基础上看,科学的思想理论、优秀的传统文化、丰富的话语资源为构建新时代党的民族话语体系提供了前提条件与现实基础。从价值逻辑上看,构建新时代民族话语体系是推动理论发展、推进实践创新的内在需要,是增强政治认同,巩固中国共产党执政地位的现实需要,也是彰显中国优势,扭转话语弱势的迫切需要。从现实状况上看,新时代民族话语体系的构建中还存在一些不足和问题。为此,必须厘清构建思路,优化构建路径,进一步提升中国共产党民族话语体系的阐释力、引领力、亲和力和影响力。To formulate the national discourse system in the new era exhibits the initiative of the CPC in constructing discourse and the consciousness of promoting discourse innovation.On the basis of formulation,scientific ideological theories,excellent traditional culture and rich discourse resources turn to be the prerequisite and practical basis for the construction of the discourse system of national theory in the new era.From the perspective of value logic,to construct the discourse system in the new era is the internal need to promote theoretical development and practical innovation.At the same time,it is a realistic need to strengthen the ruling position of the Communist Party of China as well as highlight China's advantages and reverse the discourse weakness.From the practical situation,there are still many deficiencies and problems in the construction.Therefore,we must clarify ideas and optimize paths to further enhance the explanatory power,leading power,affinity and influence of the discourse system of national theory of the Communist Party of China.
