摘　　要：抽油机使用的涂塑钢丝绳存在质量不稳定且成本较高的问题。设计一种特种密封钢丝绳用于新型抽油机,主要结构规格为ZT+IWS-24 mm,强度为1570 MPa级,钢丝绳破断拉力≥532 kN。首先从钢丝绳结构设计来解决密封性,金属股芯采用压实工艺,第一层采用T形钢丝进行密封,最外层采用Z形钢丝进行全密封;其次,密封钢丝绳中股芯钢丝之间和Z、T形密封钢丝之间喷一种新型油膏,主要解决了密封钢丝绳渗水(油)性,同时对密封钢丝绳起到润滑和防腐蚀作用。The plastic-coated wire rope used in pumping unit has problems of unstable quality and high cost.A special sealed wire rope is designed for new type pumping unit.The main structure specification is ZT+IWS diameter 24 mm,strength is 1570 MPa grade,broken force of wire rope is no less than 532 kN.First of all,wire rope structure is designed to solve the sealing,metal strand core adopts compaction process,the first layer is sealed by T-shaped steel wire,outermost layer is fully sealed by Z-shaped steel wire.Secondly,new type oil paste is sprayed between strand core steel wire and Z and T type sealing steel wire,which mainly solves water(oil)permeability of sealed wire rope,and play lubricating and anti-corrosion role in sealed wire rope.
