摘 要:研究将生产金刚线母线的电镀黄铜钢丝改为镀纯铜钢丝的可行性。结果表明:与电镀黄铜生产工艺相比,镀纯铜生产工艺减少了7道工序。镀纯铜钢丝的抗拉强度和电导率分别为1466 MPa和5.06×10^(6) S/m,均略高于镀黄铜钢丝。镀纯铜钢丝和镀黄铜钢丝所生产母线的抗拉强度相当,但前者的电导率高于后者。镀纯铜钢丝所生产母线的电导率随着拉拔速度的增加而增加。此外,镀纯铜钢丝生产母线的成材率与镀黄铜钢丝相当,但前者的平均调机时间和模耗低于后者。钢丝镀纯铜工艺相比镀黄铜工艺显著降低生产成本。The feasibility of changing brass-plated steel wire of core material of diamond wier baseline into pure copper-plated steel wire is studied.Results show that compared with common process of brass plating,process of pure copper plating reduces 7 steps.Tensile strength and electrical conductivity of copper-plated steel wire are 1466 MPa and 5.06×10^(6) S/m respectively,which are slightly higher than those of brass-plated steel wire.Tensile strength of baseline produced by copper-plated steel wire and brass-plated steel wire is equal,but electrical conductivity of the former is higher than that of the latter.The electrical conductivity of baseline produced by copper-plated steel wire increases with increase of drawing speed.In addition,yield of copper-plated busbar is equal to that of brass-plated steel wire,but average adjustment time and die consumption of the former is lower than that of the latter.Production cost of pure copper plating on steel wire is significantly lower than that of brass plating.
