摘 要:借助DEFORM模拟软件研究水箱拉丝过程中道次压缩率的改变对钢丝拉拔力的影响规律。根据功率与力、力与应力的关系,引入总拉拔功率与拉拔应力的数学公式。把拉拔应力模拟结果代入数学公式通过计算得到总拉拔功率,并与实测功率进行比较,验证有限元模型的可靠性。结果表明:减少拉拔道次,总功率有增加的趋势;只改变前几道次的压缩率,总功率最小。根据实测值修正模拟值,使模拟值与实测值的相对误差较小。总功率与拉拔应力数学关系的引入和有限元模型的建立对实际电耗研究具有参考价值,也为预测钢丝多道次拉拔过程中的电耗提供一种有效途径。Using DEFORM simulation software,influence of changes in pass compression rate on steel wire drawing force during wet drawing process is studied.According to relationship between power and force,as well as relationship between force and stress,a mathematical formula is introduced for total drawing power and drawing stress.The total drawing power was calculated by substituting drawing stress simulation results into mathematical formula,and compared with measured power to verify reliability of finite element model.Results show that total power tends to increase when drawing passes are reduced;Only changing compression rate of the first few passes results in the smallest total power.The simulated value is modified according to measured value to minimize relative error between simulated and measured values.The introduction of mathematical relationship between total power and drawing stress and establishment of finite element model have reference value for actual power consumption research,and also provide an effective way to predict power consumption during multi-pass drawing of steel wires.
