摘 要:针对频分多址(Frequency Division Multiple Access,FDMA)卫星通信系统中网管系统功能不足、网管中心对远端站控制能力较弱、无法实现对无人站点的远程管理等问题,在分析共用信道实现方式、基于FDMA的独立信道网管系统和基于时分多址(Time Division Multiple Access,TDMA)的独立信道网管系统三种网管系统实现方式的优缺点基础上,提出采用基于TDMA独立信道的网管系统在FDMA卫星通信系统中应用的实现方法,节约卫星转发器资源,增强了FDMA网管中心对远端卫通站的管理能力;实现对无人站点的远程管理,提高了技术人员工作效率,提升了FDMA卫星通信系统的通信保障能力。Aiming at the problems in FDMA satellite communication system,such as insufficient functions of network management system,weak control ability of the network management center to remote stations,and inability to realize the unmanned remote management,the advantages and disadvantages of the common channel implementation,the independent channel network management system based on FDMA and the independent channel network management system based on TDMA are analyzed.The implementation method of using the network management system based on TDMA independent channel in FDMA satellite communication system is presented.The proposed method saves satellite transponder resources,enhances the network management ability of FDMA management center to the remote satellite station,realizes the remote management of unmanned stations,improves the working efficiency of technicians and enhances the communication support ability of FDMA satellite communication system.
